Question: Hello! I live in SW Austin area. I have 2 boys, one will be 6 soon and he was diagnosed w/ ASD, and my 4 yr old is typical. I'm having difficulty finding child care that suits them both. My 6 yr old is verbal, but does need someone who is patient and can provide redirection. I'm having difficulty finding employment as it is difficult to locate good care for them. Does anyone know of a child care facility that is accommodating to special needs, or (since I can't find a job) is anyone seeking care for a child with moderate special needs.
