Question: Where can I find caregivers to care for a special needs child in a wheelchair? I'm trying to find a person for roughly 20 hours a week to provide feeding and hygiene as well as entertain/play with a child with cerebral palsy. Any leads would be most appreciated!

we found a great caregiver from hirealonghorn.com (Hire a Longhorn UT student) - my daughter does not use a wheelchair but has no independent living skills or hand-functioning. It was a little scary at first but I found a good candidate with excellent references, experience with children with special needs, and very responsible. She stayed with us about a year before she graduated.
