Question: I am a Certified Nurse's Aide with 3 1/2 years experience in Pediatrics. I dearly love taking care of my special needs/CPMR patients and am very interested in at home care, but finding a job like that when you are not an RN or LVN seems to be difficult. I was wondering if anyone knew of an agency or another contact that may be able to place me with a special child. I can envision taking care of one special child for their lifetime. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thank you! Debbie
