Question: Does anyone have experience with young adults with Autism in a church setting? I am serving on our church's special needs ministry team and we have a young man who is transitioning out of our children's ministry. He is about 22 years old and we are having a difficult time transitioning him from the children's ministry to the adult ministry. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated! Please email me back with ideas. martiot@yahoo.com

I think a church with a good special needs ministry is First Evangelical Free Church/Austin on William Cannon in South Austin www.fefc.org. Also, a wonderful special needs program is at Stonebriar Church near Dallas. www.stonebriar.org,
