Dr. Harkins is a developmental pediatrician who specializes in children with disabilities. She diagnosed our son at age three and created a comprehensive plan with us regarding his development. We see her every four months. She has a son on the spectrum.

I have found Dr. Harkins to be incredibly thorough and helpful. We are grateful for her expertise and help. I want to add that she is definitely a medical doctor and as such she dismisses alternative therapies rather rapidly. That being said, I don't

Dr. Harkins diagnosed our son at age seven, with Asperger's Syndrome. She seemed to know his behavioral tendancies exactly, before we visited at length. It was re-assuring to know, she knew exactly what we were dealing with.
