The Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program helps with medical, dental, and mental health care, as well as case management, family support services, and payment for medical transportation.
CSHCN applicants must live in Texas, have a physical condition that is expected to last 12 months, be under the age of 21 (or any age with Cystic Fibrosis), and meet family income limits.
