How do I add a Resource?
Follow these steps to add a Resource:
- To add a Resource, first you need to login or register.
- Click on Add a Resource on the left-hand side of the page or at the bottom of any category listing.
- Fill out the online form and click Confirm.
- Review your posting and click Publish to make it appear on the site.
You must confirm and publish a Resource for it to appear on the site.
You can view your resource by clicking View it Now.
How do I add my comments about a Resource?
- To comment about a Resource, first login or register.
- Click on Add your comments beneath the business’ name.
- Add your remarks in the text entry box located beneath the question, “What do you think?”
- Click on Add your comments.
Your comments will appear on the site within minutes.
How do I edit a Resource?
In order to edit a particular resource, you must first be the person who added that resource to the site. If you know for sure that a resource was added by you, simply login to the site. Once you do that, you will see an Edit this Resource link appear below the name of any Resource you created.
- To edit a resource, first login or register.
- Click the Edit this Resource link.
- Make any updates you feel are appropriate and click Confirm.
- On the next screen, confirm all your updates. If you need to make further changes, you can do so at this time.
- If you are satisified with your changes, click Publish.
Please note that you must click Confirm and then Publish to republish your Resource. By editing the piece, you've taken it off the site temporarily. It will only appear on the site again when you complete the process.
You can view your resource by clicking View it Now.
How long does my Resource stay on the site?
Generally, Resources will stay on the site for 180 days.
How many resources are posted for a particular category?
On the home page there is a list of categories on the site. Beside each category is a number in parentheses--that's the number of resources currently active for that category.
How do I report a problem with a Resource posting?
- To report a problem with a posting, first you need to login or register.
- Click on Report a problem with this posting beneath the business’ name.
- The Resource is flagged automatically by our software. After a certain number of users report a problem with a posting, a warning is added to that posting.
- You may also report a problem with a posting by sending us an email to our address.
You can also add a comment to a Resource to comment on a problem, but it is less likely that anyone will see it. The best way is to flag it and/or send us an email.
How do I suggest a new Resource category?

How do I create a username at the registration page?
Your username must be a unique (we'll check that for you!) string consisting of letters and alpha characters. Don't use spaces or special characters like dashes and underscores. The database will also limit you to 16 characters.
